Our Commitment: CHIKITSHA provides video consultation services only. If a session is not delivered as promised, you will be refunded — no questions asked.

* Refunds are credited to the original payment method. UPI refunds may arrive faster (1–3 days).

02 How to Request a Refund

Open the App

Go to My Consultations → select the booking → tap Request Refund.

Select Reason

Choose the reason for cancellation and add any supporting details or screenshots.

Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation SMS/email within 2 hours with a refund reference ID.

Refund Credited

Amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

03 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees after the video session has begun
  • Convenience or platform fees (₹10–₹29 per booking)
  • Promotional credits, bonus wallet amounts, or referral bonuses
  • Cancellations made after the consultation session has ended

04 Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by:

  • Emailing support@chikitsha.com with your booking ID and issue description
  • Contacting our Grievance Officer within 30 days of the disputed transaction
  • Filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum if unresolved within 45 days

Our Grievance Officer will respond within 5 working days and resolve within 30 days as per IT Act 2000 guidelines.
